About the Firm

The Firm's principal attorney, John Leo Walter, Esquire, has diverse legal experience in multiple areas of the law. For almost a decade, Mr. Walter has focused his passion for jurisprudence by sharpening his litigation skills. Mr. Walter has been honing his legal writing skill ever since he was a Senior Editor on Law Review at Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Mr. Walter's first published opinion was in the United States District Court at In re Doctors Health, Inc. , 238 B.R. 594 (Bankr. Md. 1999) aff'd 249 B.R. 99 (D. Md. 1999)

John Leo Walter encountered many complex legal issues throughout his career, which brought him to argue cases in the Maryland Circuit Courts, District Courts, United States District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Currently, the Firm handles matters including, serious automobile accidents, defective products, work related injuries, medical malpractice, DUI, traffic violations, Motor Vehicle Administration hearings, assault, possession, wills, contracts and a multitude of other cases.
